Tampa Bay/Hudson, Florida – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point recently announced that Charles Parker, Cardiovascular Technician II in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, has been named its January Employee of the Month.
Charles is known as being dependable, positive and making work enjoyable for his coworkers. Charles always puts the patients first and makes them feel that they matter, puts them at ease and many times making them laugh. Charles is often chosen to do difficult cases and he enjoys learning the new procedures in the department. Charles is also known for being a fantastic mentor.
As Employee of the Month Charles Parker receives an Employee of the Month pin, a selected blanket gift, a reception with refreshments for his colleagues, and a coveted front row parking spot of his choosing for one month, and a $50 gift card.
In addition, Charles receives a “You make a difference” starfish keychain personifying a well known story of the young man and the starfish.
