Members of Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point’s Relay For Life team pose with trophies acknowledging their achievements and certificates of appreciation.

Tampa Bay/Hudson, FL – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point and its 2015 Relay For Life team were recently recognized for their achievements in this year’s Relay For Life of Hudson.

Relay For Life of Hudson raised $40,360 this year. Of that amount, Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point’s team raised $8,415.50 – elevating it to a platinum level, and earning the team a first place trophy for fundraising. In addition the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point earned:

  • First place top team fundraiser
  • Third place individual top fundraising trophy – Monica Galaza (team captain) who individually raised $1821.
  • Second place most spirit trophy
  • Third place best campsite trophy
