Tampa Bay/Hudson, Florida - Regional Medical Center Bayonet and CARES Health & Wellness will recognize Fall prevention Week with a Fall Prevention Expo & Tai Chi demonstration entitled "Moving for Better Balance" on Saturday, September 19 from 8 am to 11 am at the Rao Musunuru, M.D. Conference Center, 14100 Yosemite Drive, Hudson, Florida 34667. Fall Prevention Week is September 23 through September 29. This tai chi class, presented by CARES, is designed to help seniors who have balance and/or mobility concerns.
Admission is free and a complimentary breakfast will be served. Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point will also offer free blood pressure screenings and there will be information provided by Brooks Rehab, the Pasco Aging Network, and the Fall Prevention Coalition.

This class will be taught by an instructor from CARES (Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc.).
