TAMPA BAY/Hudson, Florida - Due to the popularity of Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point's "Tuesday Tutorials" the highly informative seminars will be continued through the summer. July's presentations are devoted to "Community Care." On July 7 RMCBP will present "Hurricane Preparedness." The program will be presented by Steve Sumner, Emergency Management Project Specialist. The program begins at 12:00 NOON (registration begins at 11 with lunch served at 11:30 a.m.) at the Rao Musunuru, MD Conference Center at 14100 Yosemite Drive, Hudson, Florida, 34667.
Steve Sumner is a project specialist for the Pasco County Office of Emergency Management. Originally from Chicago where he is a retired police officer, Mr. Sumner relocated to Pasco County from Arkansas where he taught criminal justice and emergency management at Southeast Arkansas College. In addition to his work in Pasco County Emergency Management, Mr. Sumner serves as a volunteer instructor for the American Red Cross and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
